Heath is a 25 year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate Industry with experience in all disciplines including retail, office and industrial product. As the Managing Director and Principal Owner of SVN | CREATE, he works with a team of team commercial real estate professionals to serve clients offering advisory transactional services, property management, project management, development and investments. Past achievements include over twenty production awards and acknowledgements. He was most recently recognized as the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association's broker of the year in 2015 and identified as one of the "Fifteen People to Watch in Greater Des Moines in 2015."
