Robert Kingsford – Mountain West Commercial in Salt Lake City, Utah – has been an Industrial Broker since 2007. Previously with Newmark Knight Frank, Robert was part of the most experienced and highest producing industrial property sales and leasing teams in Utah.
Robert has closed over $165 million in commercial real estate transactions since 2007. This is made up of 5 million square feet transacted during this time.
After joining Newmark Knight Frank in 2007 as an associate agent, Robert’s attention to detail and experience with the real estate transaction process helped him to quickly establish himself as an up and coming specialist in the industry. With a background in construction prior to working with Newmark and now Mountain West Commercial, Robert has a working knowledge of how buildings are built and how they can be improved or renovated. His educational background with a degree in Economics at the University of Utah has prepared him to be an effective analyst of financial information and real estate market data.
Robert served for two years as a volunteer in Uganda, East Africa. Robert served as an assistant coach for the University of Utah Rugby team from 2007 to 2012. Robert currently volunteers as the Head Coach of the East High School Rugby Team in Salt Lake City, which finished as the 4th best team in the country in 2019.
