Throughout his career with The Flynn Company Michael has successfully participated in the negotiation of more than $450,000,000 of industrial and office leasing and sales transactions. In the last year alone, he has brokered over 400,000 SF of deals.
He currently represents 35 buildings totaling nearly 5,000,000 SF of rentable area of which 559,000 SF is available for sale or lease.
