Over the past 20 years, Travis has devoted his entire career to representing CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners with all of their commercial real estate needs throughout Southern California. Bringing unmatched enthusiasm, persistence, and creativity to the process, Travis has successfully completed over 2,000 leases and represented nearly 1,000 companies, varying in size from 5 to 5,000 employees. An extremely passionate, charismatic, and driven individual, Travis is fundamentally a negotiator at heart. He thrives on the art of negotiation and excels in handling complex, difficult, and challenging assignments.
Travis has received numerous accolades, including being named Broker of the Year in 2022, 2021, and 2017. He has also served as an Expert Witness in legal matters involving commercial properties. However, he takes the most pride in the over one hundred endorsements and testimonials listed on his LinkedIn profile. In 2022, he founded Carter+Co, a commercial real estate firm that exclusively represents tenants—never landlords. This venture was established with the goal of introducing full transparency to the commercial real estate sector, providing CEOs and entrepreneurs with all the necessary resources and tools to secure the best purchases or leases.
Since launching Carter+Co, Travis and his team have completed transactions totaling over $64 million in sales and leases, covering more than a hundred client deals. In his spare time, Travis coaches the #1 college surf team at Point Loma Nazarene University and enjoys performing magical illusions and stand-up comedy for friends and clients.
