Michael Feuerman, Esq., SIOR, CCIM, is an office and industrial tenant representative working with clients throughout the United States, with a focus on South Florida (Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Miami metro areas). His areas of specialization include site selection, leasing, subleasing, and owner-user purchase and sales. He has been a tenant rep broker since 1999, after a six-year career as a business trial attorney (1993-1999). Still a licensed attorney as well as a licensed broker in Florida, Michael applies his legal skills and 20 years of commercial brokerage experience to each assignment, ensuring that his clients enter into advantageous and sound contracts for superior locations.
Michael is a Senior Vice President with Berger Commercial Realty, a South Florida regional independent brokerage and management firm. He serves as the Managing Director of Berger’s Palm Beach County office and runs the firm’s prospecting and broker-coaching program. He has previously worked at Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, and at Lehrer & Feuerman, a boutique tenant rep firm he co-founded.
Michael holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and a law degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has also earned Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) membership. He has been active in numerous not-for-profit organizations, including the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Association (past president), United Way, Dade County Bar Pro Bono Legal Services, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the Jewish Federation (cabinet member). A native Floridian, Michael resides in Delray Beach, Florida, with his wife, twin daughters, and two beautiful rescue dogs.
