Sam has over 34 years of real estate, construction, sales and leasing experience, including office, flex, industrial and retail space. He has assisted companies with growth and expansion strategies, exit strategies, creative financing, buy vs. lease options, vendor recommendations and facilities management.
Prior to merging with Trinity Partners in January 2013, Sam was a Principal with Cresa Raleigh from 2008 - 2012, Sam was CEO of Triangle Commercial from 2001-2008 and one of the top producers with CB Richard Ellis from 1998-2001.
