Bio

Bill Ginder, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of the Brokerage Services Team, brings Caldwell Companies more than 30 years experience in industrial distribution, managing facilities throughout the Southwest. Bill works with new and existing Caldwell Companies clients to help them select, manage and complete real estate transactions that serve to enhance company business objectives. Bill has received many awards for achievement in sales and contributions to his community such as the 2003 ProLogis Broker of the Year, the Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter Award, the 2005 Houston Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year, and the 2006 Greenspoint Management District Community Spirit Award, to name a few.
Bill brings a wealth of sales experience to this diverse team, but he also brings a unique perspective. Being a former customer in real estate transactions gives Bill a great understanding of his current customers’ needs and time constraints. This experience helps Bill form strategic relationships with both property owners and clients in need of commercial space or land.
In 1971, Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in English from the Virginia Military Institute. He is President of the Aldine Educational Foundation, First Vice-President of the SIOR Educational Foundation, Trustee – Northwest Assistance Ministries, Trustee – Aldine YMCA, Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Houston Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce, Past Chair of Leadership North Houston. He also serves on , the Houston Northwest Economic Development Council Board, the Aldine ISD Superintendent’s Advisory Board, Lone Star College Law Enforcement Advisory Council, the Lone Star College Logistics Advisory Board, Open Door Missions, Mission Greenspoint, Greenspoint Community Partners, and is active in Northwoods Presbyterian Church. His personal hobbies include fishing, hunting and golf. He and Margaret, his wife of 43 years, have three grown children and seven grandchildren. Bill and Margaret live in North Houston.
