A native of the North Hills area of Pittsburgh, Dana has been a success in multiple
sales environments, including commercial real estate for the past 9 years. Dana is a
comprehensive and intuitive professional who specializes in Industrial, Investment, and
Retail Sales and Leasing. She also has extensive experience with Retail site selection
and Land Development. Dana is a highly motivated, results-oriented sales executive
with strong leadership skills, demonstrated performance and excellence recognized by
numerous awards and accolades. She has a strong ability to plan and execute
complex sales and manage several projects at one time, and her success has been
attributed to her strong client relationships, responsiveness, integrity and extensive
market knowledge.
Dana has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent for over 20 years. She earned her CCIM
designation in November 2020, and her SIOR designation in March 2022. She
joined C&W/GSA in July of 2021 after 8 successful years at Hanna Langholz Wilson
Ellis.
Dana has also been an accomplished business owner in the health and fitness industry
creating her own product line which was sold at local and regional retail stores. She
also spent 13 years in the medical device sales arena covering Western PA. Dana
resides in the Pittsburgh with her husband of 26 years and their four children.
