Currently President of Industrial Development & Brokerage (IDB), Dan has 38 years’ experience in industrial and commercial property construction, leasing, acquisitions, development, dispositions and portfolio management. He is uniquely skilled in all aspects of business park/industrial park design and development to include wetlands mitigation, permitting, government relations, lot sales, build-to-suits, speculative construction, concurrency and installation of infrastructure.
Poulin is the recipient of New Orleans Commercial Investment Division's "Top Industrial Sale or Lease" Award in 2001, 2005, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2019 and the "Overall Top Industrial Producer" Award in 2005, 2011, 2016 and 2019, and the "Largest Transaction" Award in 2015. He has confected over $2 billion of commercial investment and lease transactions over his career in key Southeast U.S. markets over his career.
