Andrew Creixell, CCIM, SIOR Andrew Creixell grew up in real estate: CSA Realty Group, his family’s property management and brokerage firm, has been active in the Austin market for over 30 years. As evidenced by his family's long-time ties to the community, his company is well known and trusted. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, Andrew brings a wealth of expertise that is exhibited by his portfolio of over 750 real estate transactions valued in excess of $750 million. Mr. Creixell combines his knowledge of market trends with his clients’ needs in order to structure transactions that best fit his clients’ business.

Mr. Creixell has the distinction of being part of the Society of Industrial and Office Brokers (SIOR) & Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He was named to the Austin Business Journal's noteworthy “Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitter” list and as one of the markets’ top 20 brokers for lease transactions as ranked by the Costar Group. Andrew also served on the board of directors for the Austin chapter of the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association (CLBA). A sampling of his real estate transactions include:

Prior to practicing real estate, Mr. Creixell earned an economics degree from the University of Texas at Austin where he specialized in money and banking. He was a member of the Silver Spurs and student government. He is currently married and has three children.
