Fred Beasley has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in all types of office and industrial transactions. During his career Fred held senior brokerage positions at CBRE, Trammel Crow Company, and Colliers International where he developed an expertise in representing large institutional clients’ sales and leasing assignments. In addition to Fred’s in-depth knowledge of corporate real estate brokerage, he is also experienced in fee development and construction management. Fred's true specialty is the acquisition and disposition of income producing properties and investments with extensive underwriting skills, knowledge, and tools at his disposal to maximize client interests and real estate values.
Fred has successfully negotiated hundreds of sale and lease transactions and represented significant institutional developments in the Orlando market since 1990. Clients have included institutional, private equity, and individual family offices. Fred specializes in investment sales / income producing office and industrial property acquisitions and dispositions, and has been trained in the ARGUS financial analysis underwriting software. Fred has been an owner and investor of his own personal commercial property investments for over 25 years, gaining unique understanding of issues that only comes with ownership, such as creating value, cost control, in-depth market analysis, property management, and tenant relationships.
