Chase Mayhugh, a native of Southwest Florida, embarked on his real estate journey at an impressive young age of 19. He obtained his Real Estate License in 2003 and followed it up with his Brokers License in 2006. In 2010, Chase achieved the prestigious CCIM designation, which exemplifies his expertise in the field. His commitment to excellence drove him to earn the SIOR designation in 2018 through the Super Star enrollment program.
As an esteemed member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), Chase has consistently delivered exceptional performance in the industry. His dedication and professionalism have garnered recognition with the CoStar Power broker award for sales and leasing over the past decade. In 2022, he was honored with the Business Observer's Top 40 Under 40 award, and in 2023, he received the National Association commercial award, acknowledging his outstanding contributions as one of the top brokers in his field. With over 1,100+ completed transactions demonstrates not only his ability to be a closer but also his ability to manage multiple closings at any given time.
Chase's clientele is diverse, ranging from private investors and families to prominent Fortune 500 companies such as Regions Bank, Center State Bank, Fifth Third Bank, ABC Supply Co., Service Masters, Hendricks Development, Home Depot Pro, and Ferguson. These organizations trust Chase's expertise for consulting and negotiating long-term leases, acquisitions, dispositions and property management.
Beyond his other professional endeavors, Chase has an unwavering passion for the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. He takes immense pride in working alongside his team to consistently deliver exceptional service and guidance to their clients. In 2024 Chase and his team are excited to roll out a Jr broker program to train new brokers that want create a successful career in commercial real estate.
Outside of work, Chase cherishes quality time with his wife Amy and their two children, Cash and Cali.
