Working in commercial real estate since 1994. Launched The Modal Group in 2008, rebranded as TMG Real Estate Advisors in 2020. Previous brokerage position was with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), where I was the dominant broker in the northwest/O'Hare sub-market of Chicago. That led to a position with First Industrial Realty Trust on the global acquisitions team to feed First’s $9 Billion of REIT and pension fund capital. Enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys at our home near Wrigley Field in Chicago. I serve on the board of the Cotter Club Boys & Girls Club and Executive Board at Emanuel Congregation. Passionate about boating, golfing, biking, exercising, taking long road trips and the rooting for Chicago sports teams.
