Career highlights:

As Partner/Director of Corporate Accounts at The Alles Group Monterrey, Armando de la Fuente was in charge of developing strategy, solutions, and transactions related to Corporate Real Estate. Mr. de la Fuente was with the company for more than 18 years and has over 22 years of experience in the Real Estate Market. On April 2017, he opened was invited to open Newmark Grubb Knight Frank MOnterrey office as SEnior Managing Director.

Skilled at driving projects from definition to completion, Armando’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination of transactions, tenant and landlord representation and development consulting related to Office projects, as well as Land transactions and Industrial tenant representation throughout his career.

Recent experience:

In the past 2 years, Armando and his team had the Landlord representation of two of the most iconic mixed used developments in Northern Mexico: Arboleda and Pabellon M with a total leasable Office area of more than 500,000 sqft (50,000 m2). Both office building were leased successfully before the target occupancy dates.

Armando and his team have also worked with prominent clients, representing them throughout the market. In the past 6 months they have closed successfully significant transactions, 2 of which were the most prominent in the market.

Armando has also worked in land transactions; throughout a thorough bidding process, the US Consulate hired The Alles Group to acquire its new land location in Monterrey, which was more than 11 acres of prime land. Armando and the team, throughout more than 16 months, led the process and coordinated every aspect of the transaction that involved the US Department of State, abundant security measures ideal for the new site and cooperated with their local legal aid, to conclude the transaction. Armando has also worked with Industrial clients for more than 10 years, having sold more than 800,000 sqft of Industrial BTS space to Carrier (UTC) and leased more than 500,000 sqft to other global companies that established their operations in Monterrey metro area, among others.
