Alssane started his career at the Fédération des Caisses Desjardins du Québec as a property sales consultant where he has acquired an excellent expertise in terms of negotiation, property disposition and, most importantly, at the level of offering support and advising clients during complex property transactions.
During his years of experience, he has worked with a wide variety of clients, notably landlords, investors, owners, buyers, and property developers. Thanks to this experience, he possesses a deep knowledge of commercial real estate, as well as market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
Alhassane is passionate about his work in commercial real estate and loves helping his clients find high-value opportunities that will benefit their real estate portfolios, whether for purchasing, selling, leasing, or managing commercial properties. He develops bonds of trust with his clients and is recognized for his hard work, his creativity, and his professionalism.
He is also a member of various professional associations, which allows him to be aware of trends and developments in the real estate industry. Alhassane is proud to say that he has won several awards and honorable mentions during his career, including the 2nd best performance of the year 2021 for the office of Montréal. Other than his professional activities, Alhassane loves playing sports, spending time with his family and being highly involved in his local community.
