With 23 years of experience in the industry, Trent has a proven track record of optimizing his clients real estate portfolios across the office, industrial, retail, residential, and leisure sectors via acquisitions, dispositions, ground up developments and repositioning/repurposing old developments.
Trent leads TFA's strategic direction, business development, and client service delivery by leveraging his in-depth market knowledge, vast network of relationships, and extensive expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate, including occupier services, investment sales, research and consultancy, asset management, property valuation, back-office solutions, and industrial sales and acquisitions. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has passed the CFA Charterholder Level 1 exam, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards.
