Characterized by trust, integrity and experience, DAVID L. LIEBMAN, SIOR, JD takes a creative and client-centric approach to his office and industrial real estate practice. As the Managing Broker at Merit Partners, LLC, David structures and brokers transactions for tenants and buyers, and investors. He assisted the ownership team to lease the industrial space in the 1.5 million SF former Marshall Field's/Macy's warehouse on the northwest side of Chicago. Focused, practical and methodical, David leverages his legal background in commercial real estate and corporate law in providing prudent, trusted advice in all matters relating to transactions.

David believes in life-long learning. His education and experience spans a broad spectrum of disciplines and helps him relate personally to those he serves. He worked for several years in a specialty design, manufacturing & fabrication business. “My operating business and legal backgrounds,” he explains, “allow me to communicate on a more universal but personal level with both clients and colleagues."
