Characterized by trust, integrity and experience, DAVID L. LIEBMAN, SIOR, JD takes a creative and client-centric approach to his office and industrial real estate practice. As the Founder and Managing Broker of PowerPlay Real Estate Partners, David structures successful transactions for tenants, buyers, and investors. Focused, practical and methodical, David leverages his legal background in commercial real estate and corporate law to provide prudent, trusted advice in all matters relating to transactions.

David believes in life-long learning. His education and experience spans a broad spectrum of disciplines and helps him relate personally to those he serves. He worked for several years in a specialty design, manufacturing & fabrication business. “My operating business and legal backgrounds,” he explains, “allow me to communicate on a more universal but personal level with both clients and colleagues." More than an industrial and office real estate broker, David is a top-line strategist and problem solver with a rock-solid work ethic, whose insight, acumen, and calm, consultative approach guides all concerned parties to educated decisions.

An active voice in his industry, David has served as Speaker of the Chapter Leadership Council of the Society for Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), member of the SIOR Board of Directors, and 2013 SIOR Chicago Chapter President and 2014 Chapter Membership Co-Chair (to name a few of his SIOR roles). He keeps abreast of both professional trends and industry developments, continually expanding the depth and breadth of his experience and knowledge. “My differentiators are my attention to details and LISTENING to what the client wants and needs,” he notes. “This plays out in every deal that I do. My goal is to deliver superlative customer service. I am an advocate for my clients.”
