Rob joined Carpenter Properties in January 2017. Born and raised in Jackson, MS, Rob attended the University of Mississippi and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Liberal Arts. Prior to joining Carpenter Properties, Rob was with CBRE in Nashville, TN. At CBRE, he was a member of the Office Capital Markets | Investment Properties and Industrial Sales and Leasing teams and was involved in transactions totaling over $400M. Clients represented while at CBRE included: Cargill, Regions, USPS, First Industrial, Black Box Network Services, CEVA Logistics, KBS, Cardinal Industrial, LAZ Parking, Gunner Kennels, and Nissan.
