SIOR Canada East Chapter proudly partnered with CCIM to bring the CI 101 Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate course to Montreal, Quebec for the very first time! On December 6, 7 and 8, 2016 about 15 attendees gathered to participate in this workshop.
This course served as an introductory lesson to the CCIM Cash Flow Model, which helps real estate agents make investment decisions based on wise investment fundamentals. These courses are taught by industry professionals that ensure all materials reflect the state of the industry. The December courses were taught by Alec Pacella, a renowned expert in the real estate field.
