Mark Byers has over 25 years of experience in real estate with EGS Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Byers’ primary focus is industrial tenant representation and brokerage, industrial planning and development and site selection. He has been involved in the development and acquisition of over 2.6 million square feet of industrial space in metropolitan Birmingham. In addition, Mr. Byers’ ownership position at EGS includes responsibilities such as daily oversight of the industrial group, involvement in company budgeting, long-term planning and company investment opportunities.
