Mark, a Principal with Lee & Associates, specializes in representing industrial and land customers and property owners in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. His specific area of expertise are industrial and land properties near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport which are centrally located in the Metroplex and home to regional, national and international companies.
Mark began his career as a Research Analyst in 1995 with a leading commercial real estate firm and also as Director of Research of the North Texas Commercial Data Exchange. In 2006, Mark was part of the original group of professionals that founded the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Lee & Associates. Mark has an extensive background in commercial real estate matters to include governmental incentives, property taxes, site selection and financial analysis. This invaluable background allows him to effectively consult both occupants and owners in their commercial real estate needs.
On a national level, Mark has completed numerous transactions and assignments in markets across North America for various corporate clients. Mark’s extensive background in brokerage, research, and site selection has provided him a solid foundation for serving his clients locally and across North America.
Mark and his wife, Angela, have two boys and they enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors, hunting, camping, ranching and spending weekends on the lake.
