After many years in the entertainment industry as a tour manager for several major touring music acts, Mike has been working in commercial real estate for over 20 years. He has been involved in many large developments as well as investment sales. He completes approximately 50 lease/sales transactions per year which consists of a mix of office, industrial/light manufacturing, and retail. Mike also handles several Tenant Representations throughout the area every year. His areas of expertise include retail, light industrial and office leasing, assisting clients with business plans, investment sales and project development. He has been involved in several large developments in the immediate area (ShopKo Hometown stores, Sentry Grocery Stores, etc.) as well as many investment sales for his clients. Mike is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), The Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA), and the Commercial Brokers Group, Inc. (CBG), and a Smart Growth Madison board member. In an extremely competitive field of commercial brokers in the Madison area, the CBG awarded Mike with the 2016 Office Deal of the Year, the 2018 Retail Deal of the Year and the 2022 Industrial Deal of the Year awards.
